Please provide your arrival details at least 15 days in advance of your program start date. We need to know when you are arriving so we can confirm your housing and enrollment. Also, we offer free rides from the airport to campus, and you can confirm an airport transfer service with this form. Airport transfer is available at Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
All students are required to submit arrival details before they depart for University of Nevada, Reno.

Arriving before your scheduled move-in date?
You can arrange private airport transportation and accommodation. Please contact us at Admissions@nevadaglobal.org if you are arriving before the move-in date and would like to book our airport transfer service. We will do our best to accommodate requests outside of move-in dates.
